A truly memorable day at the Bescot Stadium, Walsall.
It's the last day of the season and County are relegated, but the Blue 'n' White army didn't stop signing for 90 minutes !

After securing promotion to League 1, by beating Rochdale 3-2 at Wembley, County return to Stockport victorious.
